ORDER:

The appended notification shall be published in the extraordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette dated 16th May 1989.

APPENDIX
NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(l) and clause (xvi) of sub-section (2) of section 217 of the Andhra Pradesh Gram Panchayats Act, 1964 (Act No. 2 of 1964), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to Andhra Pradesh Gram Panchayat Building Rules, 1973 issued in G. O. Ms. No. 377, Panchayati Raj, dated the 12th of October 1973.

AMENDMENT

In the said rules, rule 11 shall be renumbered as sub-rule (1) thereof and after sub-rule (1) as so numbered, the following sub-rule shall be added namely: -

"(2) The stages of matters that shall be at ended by the authorities within the stipulated period of sixty days referred to in sub-rule (l) are—

1. the Executive authority shall not take more than 10 days for examination of the documents filed with the application under rule 9 and for spot inspection,
2. the Gram Panchayat shall take a decision on the application within 30 days after such examination and spot inspection under clause (a),
3. Executive authority shall communicate the decision of the Gram Panchayat and require the applicant to pay the prescribed fee in case the permission is accorded or even otherwise within five days from the date of decision of the gram panchayat under clause (b),
4. the of payment of prescribed fee by the applicant and the issue of by the Gram Panchayat or even otherwise shall completed within 15 days from the date of communication of the of the Gram Panchayat under clause (c)."
