ReplyDeletethank you for your comment, joint check power is provided in Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 2018, and If the election to Grampanchayats not conducted grampanchayat, in time, after completion of period existing body special officer shall appointed till new body assumes office powers and function of sarpanch vests with Special Officer. Rules are provided in above pages. Please go through the rules

ReplyDeleteAfter regularization of services the government employees are eligible earned leave. with the permission of government employee can go on long leave upto 5 years as per eligibility of leave
