ReplyDeleteసభ్యులను ఎలా కూర్చొబెట్టాలనే విషయమును మండల సమావేశానికి అధ్యక్షత వహించే వారి నిర్ణయానికి సంబంచినదని నియమాలలో చెప్పారు. అదే జడ్పిటీసి సభ్యులు మండల పరిషత్ కు శాస్వత ఆహ్వానితులుగా చట్టంలో పేర్కొన్నారు కాని వారిని ఎక్కడా ఎలా కూర్చోబెట్టాలని చట్టంలో గాని నియమాలలో గాని ప్రత్యేకంగా చెప్ప లేదు.
