3. From the Telangana PR Ministerial Employees Association, Khairtabad, Hyderabad, representation dated 01.06.2018.
4. From the CPR& RE, Hyderabad cr.No.3963/CPR& RE/C2/2018, dated. 22-01-1993

ORDER:

In the reference 4th read above, the Commissioner Panchayat Raj & Rural Employment, has stated that the services of Telangana Panchayati Raj Ministerial Employees working in DRDA/DWMA/Other PR Institutions under the control of PR& RD Department may be treated as OD basis only and the deputation on Foreign Service may not be applied to the MPP/ ZPP staff, as they are under the control of PR& RD Dept.

2.  Government after careful examination of the proposal of the Commissioner, Panchayat Raj and Rural Employment, Hyderabad made on the representation of Telangana Panchayat Raj Ministerial Employees Association, hereby accord permission to treat the services of Telangana Panchayati Raj Ministerial Employees working in DRDA/ DWMA/ Other Panchayat Raj Institutions under control of Panchayat Raj and Rural Employment Department as OD basis only, the Deputation on Foreign Service Rules shall not be applied to the Praja Parishads / Mandal Praja Parishads staff.

3.  The Commissioner, Panchayat Raj &l; Rural Employment, Telangana, Hyderabad and the Commissioner, Rural Development. Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly.
